Studio 2.8, July 15, 2020 Event, Back Seattle Police, Photo and Video Coverage

The Studio 2.8 Photography and Video team produced photographs and video at a political event held on Wednesday July 15, 2020 at the Seattle City Hall courtyard in downtown Seattle at the back side of Seattle City Hall along the east side of 4th Avenue between James Street and Cherry Street. Multiple galleries of Studio 2.8 photography photos from the "Back SPD" political demonstration and rally will be available here on the www.studiotwopointeight.com website soon. A few "sneak peak" example Studio 2.8 Photographs from the Back Seattle Police event, including some photographs of the rally attendees with their posters and banners, as well as photographs of the small group of counter protesters that were there, have already been made publicly available on the Studio 2.8 Photography @studio2point8 twitter feed.

To publicize their event the people who planned the July 15, 2020 Back Seattle Police political demonstration created the following promotional video, presented here in accordance with copyright "Fair Use".

There had already been an incident within the area when photojournalist Andy Ngo had entered and an infamous Antifa counter protester named Jamal Williams had indirectly threatened that Andy Ngo was going to be killed.

Either the Seattle Police Department, or the Federal Department of Homeland Security, positioned a .308 caliber AR-10 type rifle, with a long range sighting scope, on top of the King County Administration Building. The police sniper had a wide view of both the "Liberty or Death 2" rally, which had a permit from the city, and the mostly Marxist/Communist/Antifa counter protesters. The mostly Marxist/Socialist/Communist counter protesters were corralled at the southwest corner of 4th Avenue and Cherry Street, with an extensive cordon of Seattle Police officers surrounding them on all sides.

2015 Seattle May Day Protest Mayhem, Seattle Police Officers Created A Bicycle Barricade

In this photograph from May 1, 2015 in Seattle, captured near dusk during that year's May Day Anarchist / Block Bloc protest and city street mayhem, a large group of Seattle Police officers formed a bicycle barricade across Olive Way just east of the Olive Way bridge over the Interstate-5 expressway, where Olive Way crosses into downtown Seattle. Moments after this photograph was taken, Seattle Police opened fire onto the large crowd of "Anarchist", mostly masked "Black Bloc" protesters, with sonic stun grenades and so called "blast ball" grenades.
