The Studio 2.8 photography photo gallery above, presents several Studio 2.8 exclusive telephoto lens photographs of the infamous antifa "Black Bloc" anarcho-communist domestic terror cell network participant Nicholas Armstrong, as Armstrong was being arrested on a charge of "Reckless Endangerment" (RCW 9A.36.050 - a gross misdemeanor crime), as Armstrong was being prepared for transport to the King County Jail by officers with the Seattle Police Department. This gallery of Studio 2.8 photographs was produced on Sunday January 5, 2020 in downtown Seattle, Washington, near the 4th Avenue and Cherry Street intersection. The set of Studio 2.8 photographs above, which includes photographs that show Nicholas James Armstrong in handcuffs and under arrest by the Seattle Police Department, was produced before and after a political rally held by the Washington Three Percent called "United Against Hate". The fourth photograph in the Studio 2,.8 gallery above presents Nicholas Armstrong (alias "Jaymie Jameson") as Armstrong appeared during the hours before the official rally began, when Armstrong wore communist anarchist all black "Black Bloc" style disguising clothing, while Armstrong and members of various "alt-left" communist extremist groups, such as the Revolutionary Communist Party, picketed in counter-protest on the 4th Avenue sidewalk, across the street from the Washington Three Percent "United Against Hate" rally. The official rally held by the Washington Three Percent, with a permit from the city, was held on the Seattle City Hall courtyard.

Nicholas Armstrong, who is a fugitive from the Idaho criminal justice system, is currently the subject of two active Ada County, Idaho arrest warrants. Nicholas James Armstrong is also currently under active prosecution for one or more crimes the Ada County prosecutor's office accuses Armstrong of having committed. One of the Idaho criminal court cases currently pending against Nicholas Armstrong (aka "Jaymie Jameson") is State of Idaho vs. Nicholas James Armstrong CR01-16-34348. Nicholas James Armstrong, aka Nikki Armstrong, is also a convicted felon. After apprehension by the FBI, Nicholas James Armstrong, aka Nikki Armstrong, has been prosecuted in the U.S. District Court, Seattle, the Seattle federal court, on multiple counts for Trafficking in Counterfeit Drugs,  18 U.S.Code 2320(a)(4). The federal court felony case against Nicholas James Armstrong, aka Nikki Armstrong by the U.S. Atttorney's office is 2:19-CR-00243-JCC
